杨杰,女,中共党员,博士。2019年博士毕业于中国科学院半导体研究所材料物理与化学专业,现为威廉希尔中文网站平台电子科学与技术系教师。主要研究方向包括:第三代半导体材料与器件、激光光学设计与应用等。
